Lead Time

Three Days Lead: Due to the artisan nature of our products, particularly our sourdough, our minimum lead time is 3 days. Orders must be placed by 12am, 3 days before delivery/ pickup. (Eg. order for Friday delivery placed by 12am Wednesday). When you place your order on Fresho, the system will automatically show your next available date.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled by contacting our Wholesale Team (details below). Charges may occur for orders cancelled inside the 3 day lead period. Orders cancelled day of considered an ‘uncollected order’ and will be charged full wholesale price.

Uncollected Orders: Our team will attempt to contact you in your order is uncollected. Orders left uncollected will be kept overnight and til close of business the next day. If they remain uncollected they will be discarded. Uncollected orders are charged at full wholesale price.

Late Orders: Some products have a shorter lead time then 3 days. Depending on stock and staffing levels, sometimes we are able to fill late orders, with wholesale pricing. If we are unable to do so, retail products are available to you, but these will be charged at full retail pricing.

Delivery

Delivery Area: Delivery is currently available 7 days a week in Ballarat. Delivery is available in surrounding areas, but charges may apply. Please check with our Wholesale Team to see if charges apply to your delivery area, and the available delivery days for you.

 

Crates

Delivery: Please ensure crates are accessible for our drivers to collect. Charges may apply for unreturned crates.

Pickup: Please ensure crates are bought back to 1816. Charges may apply for unreturned crates.

Payments

Payment Methods: Payment can be made via bank deposit or by automatic credit card charge. Please advise our Accounts Team if you would like us to automatically charge our credit card.

Terms: Accounts are COD unless otherwise arranged. Credits can be arranged with our Accounts Team.

Credit Notes: Mistakes happen! If there is an issue with your order and you believe that you require a credit note, please contact our Wholesale Team.
